What is a Contented Canine? A Contented Canine is a dog whose needs are consistently met. You may be surprised by some of those needs - and we are happy to share all the info we can we with you! When dealing with behavioral challenges, we encourage you to work with your dog, rather than against them. We will help you build a more harmonious life together.
Anna's passion for training began at a young age, when she began teaching her family dog tricks from 101 Dog Tricks by Kyra Sundance. In adulthood, Anna went on to hold various roles as a dog walker, animal care assistant at an emergency vet, and dog daycare attendant. Nowadays, Anna runs Contented Canine as owner and trainer. She has several mentors within the positive reinforcement training community, and works closely with them on a regular basis. She is passionate about being a forever learner, and keeps up to date with the latest developments in learning theory. When she is not training, you will usually find Anna spending time with her husband and two dogs hiking, camping, cooking, or knitting.
